ITINERARY Day 1. Arrival in Tuscany - Hotel or Villas accomodations - with welcome dinner Day 2. Morning Cooking Class with guest chef Barbara, Gino, Alfredo, Alberto - preparation of pasta, pizza and breads “hands on” experience . Lunch and afternoon walking tour of the historical center
Day 3. Morning Cooking Class with guest chef preparation of pastries and chocolate. Lunch free. Afternoon for shopping and sight-seeing Dinner Day 4. Morning Cooking Class with guest chef Barbara, preparation of regional entrées soups and risotto or antipasti - “hands on” experience. Lunch. Afternoon free.Dinner
