Morning guided tour of Otranto, aka the Oriental Port, situated on the Adriatic Sea.The ambiance of this medieval historical hamlet enclosed within the original walls with tortuous narrow and streets, is dominated by the castle of the Aragons and the Romanesque Cathedral which houses a magnificent bizantine mosaic floor.Lunch at a local trattoria.Afternoon return to Hotel Massapia and dinner

Morning guided tour of Lecce, fairytale baroque jewel which treasures traces of the Romanesque and Renaissance periods.The tour includes Basilica di Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo, which is an exultation of the Baroque Period and breathtaking Piazza Sant’Oronzo. Next stop just outside the city is the Abbey of S. Maria di Cerrate which dates back to the 12th century.Lunch at a local trattoria in the historical center – I 3 Moschettieri . The grottos of Castellana, a visit of Alberobello and a Zoo – Safari at Fasano are our destinations today! These fascinating underground grottos of stalatites and stalagmites will be elaborated professionally by our scheduled guide. A stroll through the national monument of Alberobello is a must!
